The goal of our therapy is to provide a place where you can start to explore issues that keep you stuck or suffering. We work with individuals, families, and couples to: change behaviors, resolve conflict, improve sexual functioning, manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, work toward improving self-worth, and provide a space that lessens the suffering that trauma can have. We also work with couples to deepen their connection and rediscover intimacy & pleasure. As a whole, we address mental health issues, family concerns, sexual health, and relationship issues while integrating broad therapy and counseling approaches.
