Sessions are by appointment only and fees are as follows:
HOURLY RATE IS BASED ON YOUR THERAPIST’S LICENSE TYPE.
LCPC, LCSW-C director or supervisor:

$275 90-minute session
$190 55-minute session
$225 90-minute session

We are in-network providers with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and/or CareFirst Blue Choice, Inc. PPO and HMO and BlueCross BlueShield Federal plans.
For all other insurance plans, we are considered “out-of-network” providers; depending on your plan, you may be eligible for possible reimbursement for a portion or the entire cost of therapy fees. If you’re interested in working with any one of us and submitting for out-of-network reimbursement, it is important to find out ahead of time if this is something that your plan covers, to what extent (how many sessions, if there is a limit, what percent of the total cost and whether that is following the payment of the deductible). We are happy to speak to you more about this process and explain what you should find out from your insurance company. Reimbursement from your insurance company requires submitting a diagnostic statement that we can provide. This form requires payment of all fees for your session; fees are due at the time of your session.
Cancellation policy: if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified your therapist at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of $100. You must agree to the cancellation policy if you wish to be a client at our practice.
