The goal of our practice is to provide a place where you can start to explore issues that keep you stuck or suffering through psychotherapy. We work with individuals, families, and couples to change behaviors, resolve conflict, improve sexual functioning, manage and process symptoms of depression and anxiety, work toward improving self-worth, and provide a space that lessens the suffering that trauma can have through therapy. We also work with couples to deepen their connection and rediscover intimacy & pleasure. As a whole, we address mental health issues, family concerns, sexual health, and relationship issues while integrating broad therapeutic approaches.
While meeting with you, we strive to be objective, unbiased, non-judgmental, and supportive. We practice empathy, compassion, and authenticity in the relationship we build with our clients and therapy sessions. We can provide you a personalized plan and take you through a process at your own pace. Our goal is to be present and attuned to you in session and together we can build on your strengths and reach the goals you wish to accomplish.
